The name of my restaurant would be Olga. It would be a traditional Belorussian restaurant, it would be in honor of my mother Ola before I was born she was a professional cook. Since it’s a traditional Belorussian restaurant I would serve foods like bortch and blini for breakfast. My employees would be: my Cousins in Belarus and my other Belorussian family members.

If I would have my own restaurant I would call it Joshy H’s. I would have Hayden, Ben, Austin, and Adam working there. My main dish would be a nice and hot bacon cheeseburger with pickles and mustard with a side of fries and for drink options there would be; Pepsi, Mountain Dew and Dr.Pepper, and water.

It would look a little like Johny O’s but I would have different chairs, tables, and different pictures on the walls. So that’s what my restaurant would be like.

The name of my restaurant would be “Della Colomba”, which is Italian. My restaurant is Italian themed, with a lot of water fountains, olive branches, and fake/real grapes. Diana, Hannah, and I would work at Della Colomba. We would serve anything that is Italian.
